I'm also the Founder and Research Director of COBE Research. Through The Cost of Black Excellence, more than 1,100 Black professionals have shared experiences of workplace pressure, professional identity, progression and wellbeing.

The research has its own specialist purpose. My personal coaching reaches people across backgrounds who want to examine their choices and find a new direction.
